Louise Nevelson
Louise came to Tamarind from New York City in 1978-1979 while I was a Printer Fellow. I worked on five projects with her. She was a striking presence who made very large prints on plates. She is primarily known as a sculptor, and the over twenty print editions she made at Tamarind were intended to be experienced as large wall.
